Below are some of the frustrations I had with the Tithely Website Tool. I have abandoned Tithely website builder after more than a week of trying, and transitioned to another platform in a couple of days. To be clear, I am not looking for coaching from support people as to how to make things work (I've moved on) but I am willing to clarify the problems I encountered with a developer. The menu doesn't render properly on some Androids with Chrome as the browser. The menu is so tiny it's unusable. The text/picture beside format renders too wide for mobile. I also couldn't find any Tithely build websites that use that format... I found the approach to fonts very frustrating. It would be much simpler to use traditional approaches to fonts and sizes I found the Menu builder confusing, and ended up several times with page menus that I couldn't get rid of. I much prefer an approach that automatically builds the menu alongside the pages. Ie when you add a page you say where it s/b in the menu structure at the same time. I found the automated staff and event pages frustrating to use. Above the technology, I found your marketing misleading This page is misleading: https://get.tithe.ly/product/church-website-builder - Many of the church's websites there are not built with Tithely! - the 4.7 star rating is for Tithely as a whole and not the website builder I also feel that your support people were not familiar enough with the website builder to support it properly, and the website builder should probably have a dedicated support group who know the product better.

Customer request to be able to pin a message at the top of chat when livestreaming through Tithe.ly Sites.

Some of our older church members have complained about the font size on 2 sections of our new Tithely website. We have been told these font sizes cannot be changed, but they are VERY small and difficult for our older folks to read. It would be helpful if the font size could be changed on the "Top Bar" items, as well as on buttons that are included in one of the elements.

It would be great to have "reactions" to comments available in the Livestream Chat. IE: thumbs up, hearts, prayers, waves, etc. We had that in our old website and it improved participation significantly.

It would be nice to have a groups integration on the website for people who are browsing to sign-up. Planning Center does this and it works GREAT!

Instead of having the countdown timer associated with a Live Streaming option, have a option in the Calendar / Event set up for a Countdown to show up on the home screen.

It used to be that I could add images that I had uploaded in Media directly onto different pages on the Site, but now I have to download the image to my computer and then upload it to the site. When we browse images, can we have the option of browsing media we already uploaded?

Be able to customize the URL of a page, so if I add a page for "Blueberry Fun Festival", rather than /pages/blueberry-fun-festival, it could simply be /bff or something similar. Can be done with redirects but this would be nice.

Allow mobile header to be adjusted from the webpage header. The mobile header cuts off our video

It would be nice to have a prayer request form that feeds the prayer wall, but goes to approval or review first. Some prayer requests really are not meant for the whole church or are private. Some maybe just need reworded or simplified. It would be good if submitted, reviewed/approved/edited , then posted to prayer wall.
