Return Filter by Deposit

Micheal Troester
Please add back the ability to filter by Deposit, not just creation date. You could either add it to "Status" and have the feature added there, or as you had it before that filtering by date and the ability to filter by deposit or creation date. I use the filter by deposit date every week and having back would be a great time saver and blessing! Thank You!

Inconsistent Reports

Please bring back the "Deposit on or before" feature in the giving Report. I am unable to reconcile the reports with my bank statement. Also, when generating reports for Net Amount of Deposits, the totals with the same filter dates result in different amounts. These reports are useless and very frustrating to use.

Recent changes made to Giving Deposit reporting

Recently a change was made to how you select giving deposits. I had been using the transaction section filter, selecting deposits by choosing a deposit date "on or after" date and "on or before date. This allowed me to choose anything greater than my last deposit and less than the current date. I had a custom view and was able to download to my excel spreadsheet without leaving the transaction area. I can no longer do this. Now I must go to the Transaction section and load my custom view. Then I go to Bank Deposits and choose the bank deposit I wish to view. I choose a date and send that deposit detail to the Transaction section and download from there. I then have to repeat this process for ever how many additional dates I received deposits. It was so much easier when I could just choose the deposit date range I wanted and do it in one step. Why would you change this to something way more time consuming.???

Deposit Date Filter

Please return the ability to filter donations by deposit date. It is the most efficient way to reconcile donations to our bank statement each month. I have been going back to Tithe.ly 1.0 in order to access this feature.

We need to be able to filter individual Giving by DEPOSIT date. Right now, only Tithe.ly 1.0 allows us to do that; and we've been told by one of your techs that eventually 1.0 will not be available. Please consider adding the option to filter giving by DEPOSIT date. Right now 2.0 only allows us to filter by Transaction date.

YES!!! I've asked for that feature to be brought back as well. It adds so much time to my report each week. They updated the filter function, I noticed this morning, but that STILL isn't there. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!! <3

Sort Transactions by Deposit Date

I had an option to sort the transactions by "Deposit Date" - I cannot find it and not being able to do that makes it so much more complicated to reconcile my bank statement with my tithe.ly statement for a particular time period

Hello, I would really appreciate it if you would bring back the option to filter by 'Deposit Date' when generating a transaction report for a certain time period. 'deposit date'

Currently when generating a transaction report for a particular week, you can only filter by 'transaction date'. I used to be able to generate it based on deposit date. Deposit date agrees with what was deposited in our bank account which is how we post deposits to our members records. At this point I have had to go back to Tithe.ly 1.0 to get the detailed information I need. Shortly after 2.0 was released I was told to no longer generate the reports in Tithe.ly 1.0 because it was not always accurate. The ability to sort only by transaction date is not helpful for those who track members donations through a separate program outside of Tithe.ly.
Thank you!

Return Filter by Deposit to thee Transaction detail section
Y
Yolanda Cronkhite
Please add back the ability to filter by Deposit to the Transaction Detail section as it once existed. The loss of this feature adds a lot of steps when keying the transactions in Quickbooks and trying to reconcile back to the bank. Please, this worked so well before.
