It would be helpful to our annual auditing process if we could choose to receive an email notification per donation that included: donor name, amount, giving type/fund.

example: "You received a donation from [NAME] in the amount of [$0.00] to go toward [GIVING TYPE].

We recently switched to Tithely from another platform, and so far, it has been working well for our needs. However, this is the one feature we miss. We didn’t realize that Tithely doesn’t support it, and not having it is a significant inconvenience for our staff.

Besides the amount in the "new donation" emails, it would be so great to add the name of the donor as well. As opposed to clicking on "view report", then having to click "details" to find this info.

I need this also, I am continually asked about different funds and cannot distinguish totals for ex. weekly, mission offerings, etc.

Oh I so don't want to sound complaining but this is almost a deal breaker for us. Our church does so many online events and fundraisers and we are accustomed to seeing instant notifications when people give via Paypal, Cashapp etc.

Today I almost started looking at competitors. I was very surprised when we made the move to Tithely, that this was not an option already. Is there any plan to make this happen at the present?

James Crawford: It IS a deal breaker for us. We dont use Tithely giving because this basic functionality isn't available. And I would LOVE to be using Tithely giving. I've been waiting almost 2 years for this to be added, but it seems pretty clear that they have no intention of adding this. It's quite unfortunate - this would be a quick and easy feature to add - just add a CC address to the email confirmation that the donor gets. But, for whatever reason, they aren't willing to make the enhancement for us. I wish Tithely would stop rolling all out of these new, half-baked features and take some time to tighten up the products that they already have.
